Quaga - Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Quaga Global Limited ("Quaga," "we," "us," "our"), including:

  • Quaga mobile application – a property management platform for landlords, agents, and lawyers.
  • Quaga Pro web platform – a tenant referencing and property portfolio management tool.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Landlord, Agent, Lawyer, Tenant, Services – as defined in the Introduction.

3. Eligibility

  • 18+ for landlords, agents, and lawyers; tenants via invite.
  • Users under 18 require guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

5. Services Provided

  • Quaga Mobile App: tenant management, rent tracking, document sharing, maintenance requests, in-app payments, reconciliation.
  • Quaga Pro Web App: tenant referencing, property portfolio management.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Pricing model may include subscriptions or pay-per-use.
  • Accepted currencies: NGN, GBP, USD, CAD.
  • Refund policy: [TBD].
  • Late payments may result in suspension.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not engage in fraud, distribute malware, or commit any legal violations while using our services.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • Quaga is not a party to tenancy agreements or disputes.
  • No guarantee of accuracy for tenant referencing data.
  • Liability limited to total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and branding are owned by Quaga.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations; you may close your account anytime.

12. Dispute Resolution

Mediation will be attempted first; unresolved matters may proceed to court in Nigeria.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.
